If you order before 1pm AEST, we will dispatch your order the same day (*excludes weekends, public holidays, and sale days). Flat Rate Shipping
When the courier tries to deliver, if no one is home, the driver will leave a calling card with instructions. If Australia Post is handling the delivery of your order and you select the Safe Drop delivery option, you do this at your own risk. We do not advise choosing this option for apartment buildings or homes without a separate or covered space for delivery. If we think the address is not secure, we reserve the right to refuse delivery of your order (e.g. a communal postal address or PO Box where your item will not fit).

Any return request must be made to the original store within 30 days of purchase. Returns request for a product purchased online via the website will not be accepted by ASN Retail Stores.

Can I cancel my order?
If you request to cancel an order, you must contact ASN Online via phone or email. However, please be aware that we cannot guarantee the request as it may have already been dispatched.
If your order has already been dispatched and you still wish to cancel, please do the following:
This will create a return to sender, which can take up to 10 days. Alternatively, you can return the parcel at your own expense. Refunds will only be applied once all items are returned in unopened/unused packaging.
