What are amino acids?

There is also another form of amino acids known as ‘branched-chain amino acids or ‘BCAAs’, which has aliphatic side chains with a branch, while regular amino acids are organic compounds that contain the four amine groups that we mentioned above (Madhu. 2018).

When to take them?
