If you’re lifting heavy weights and performing high-end strength training, make sure you support your wrists with Premium Wrist Wraps.
Get Gripped Premium Wrist Wraps can provide you with extra support to help minimise wrist fatigue and injury when lifting heavy weights. These wraps are ideal for powerlifting and high-end strength training.
Made from a high-density material with cross-stitching for enhanced durability, these wraps contain a thumb loop and velcro strap and are available in a fluro green colour. Sold as a pair, these wraps come in one size and can offer that extra support and protection.
To minimise fatigue and reduce the risk of injury when you’re lifting heavy weights, Premium Wrist Wraps can offer the added protection that you need to get the best results during heavy strength training.
To put on the wrap, put your thumb through the loop and lay it across the back of your hand. For the first wrap, put it around the base of your hand, not down around the wrist. Wrap it at about 60% intensity, then 80% and finally 100%. This allows you to remove the thumb loop once the wrist wrap is secure. For most powerlifting meets, you’re not allowed to wear the thumb loop around the thumb, so it’s important to put the wraps on properly to facilitate this!
