- Pour 300g macro mike dry mix into a mixing bowl
- Add 250ml of water or choice of nut, rice or coconut milk and mix thoroughly with a silicone spatula
- Transfer into a lined, or non-stick shallow baking tray and bake in a preheated fan-forced over at 200°C for 30-35 minutes or until fully cooked through
- Allow to cool on a cooling rack, then slice into 12 equal pieces and enjoy
