ABOUT ME- "BIO" I am a 21 year old personal trainer, originally grew up in Phillip Island Victoria. Completed my Cert III & IV in fitness at the age of 18, i am now a qualified Lesmills Body attack instructor and ZUU/Ankorr instructor. I am a highly motivated and driven person and always love a challenge. My career as a PT has been put on hold while i study full time as a paramedic student, i believe that my opportunities are endless and will always do what i love, and that is helping individuals to thrive and life a long and healthy life.
CURRENT FITNESS/HEALTH GOALS Live a healthy balanced life, and ensure that i keep on motivating myself and others. My overall goal is to educate, support and motivate individuals, i believe that there are only 2 options, make progress or make excuses.
NUTRITION (EXAMPLE OF MY CURRENT DIET) Keeping a balanced diet, and ensuring that i fill my body with nutritious foods.
TRAINING (CURRENT TRAINING) My training schedule varies, I am practicing Attack releases 6-7 days a week, and weight train 4-5 days a week, my mornings are early and my nights are late.
